WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?
A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of a home, often performed in connection with the sale of a home. The desired goal of the home inspection is to identify safety concerns and defects that could be costly for the buyers to correct. Minor defects and cosmetic items are typically not the focus of a home inspection. Our well trained, certified, and experienced inspectors will be able to provide a detailed inspection report that outlines your inspectors findings. This includes minor & major home defects and safety concerns so you can make an informed decision about the property before you purchase.
WHAT DOES YOUR HOME INSPECTION INCLUDE?Our certified home inspectors abide by strict outlined by InterNACHI Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice, having the highest standards in the inspection industry. These standards include, but are not limited to, inspection of the following components.

Exterior Grounds
Inspection of the exterior grounds will include grading and drainage, paved surfaces, retaining walls, driveways, walkways, and vegetation as they relate to the house. Your home inspector will identify trees that could endanger the home, roof, or foundation of the house. Trees and landscaping that is separated from the home and away from the house will not be on the report.
Heating & HVAC
Your inspection will include air conditioning, heat pump, electrical supply, air handler, and furnace equipment including; condensate drain, condenser, evaporator coils, supply, and return ducting.
Interior & Exterior
The interior of the home will be inspected, this includes ceilings, walls, floors, windows, interior doors, and stairway railings. The exterior of the home includes the siding, trim, door, windows, attached stairs, decks, and porches. Any concerns or defects with items will be included in the home inspection report.
Insulation and Ventilation
The insulation will be inspected in unfinished areas such as attics, crawlspaces, and unfinished basement. Our home inspectors will check for proper ventilation in the attic and all exhaust systems in the home including; range vents, dryers vents, bath vents, etc.
We understand that every home is different and concerns beyond items listed above may be included or recommended in the final inspection report including septic, sewer, water, mold, or radon testing.
